Credits are a one-time top-up you spend to go faster when you hit a daily limit — an extra run of Scout searches, say — without changing your plan. They never expire, and your plan's free allowance always resets on top of whatever credits you're holding.
Same plan, same limits either way. Cadence only changes the price: paying yearly bills once and saves you roughly two months compared with paying month to month.
Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. You keep everything you've saved — you just can't start new metered actions until your allowance resets (daily for Scout). Or top up with credits, or move up a plan. Favourites and previews always stay free.
