Beta terms

The beta

ATXr ([Legal entity: TBA]) is in a private, invite-only beta. Access is by invitation, and features, limits and data may change while we build.

What ATXr is — and is not

ATXr is a decision-support tool. It is not legal advice, planning advice or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for:

• a Section 32 vendor statement (Sale of Land Act 1962);
• a town planning report or planning permit assessment;
• a professional property valuation;
• legal advice on planning, development or property law;
• a formal council planning determination or pre-application response.

For an authoritative answer, consult the relevant council or planning authority, a registered planning consultant, a legal professional or a licensed financial adviser.

How to read what ATXr shows you

• Verified — backed by an authoritative source such as Vicmap, retrieved on the date shown. Verified does not mean permanently current: planning data changes.
• Inferred — worked out by ATXr from other facts using a fixed rule. The source did not state it directly.
• Listing and user provided — claimed by a listing or entered by you. ATXr has not verified them.
• UNKNOWN — ATXr could not establish the fact. It is never filled in with a guess.

Data coverage

ATXr's data covers parts of Victoria only, may be incomplete, and may be out of date. Always check with the council or a qualified professional before you rely on anything for a decision.

As-is during the beta

The beta is provided as is. It may have errors, change, or be unavailable at times, and beta data may be reset with notice (see our privacy summary).

Feedback

Feedback is very welcome. By sending it, you agree we may use it to improve ATXr.

Ending access

Emmanuel, who runs ATXr, can end beta access at any time. You can stop using ATXr and ask for your account to be deleted at any time.
